Pratham Path Theatre is a Ghaziabad-based theatre group that runs structured theatre workshops for children and adults, stages original productions, and brings the transformative power of theatre to schools and communities.
Founded by Sudhir Rana in 2012, the group has trained 900+ children and 300+ adults in the art of performance, staged 75+ productions, and built a reputation as one of Ghaziabad's most active theatre organisations.
Our children's theatre workshops are the heart of what we do. Every cycle, children aged 8–15 train across 30 sessions in acting, voice, movement, and stage performance — culminating in a grand stage production where every single child performs.
Meet the Director — Sudhir Rana
Sudhir Rana is a theatre director, actor, and theatre educator with 27 years of experience in theatre and 22 years in theatre education.
He began his theatre journey in 1999, started teaching theatre in 2004, and founded Pratham Path Theatre in 2012. Since 2006, he has served as Creative Head at Nehru World School, Ghaziabad, where he leads the school's creative and performing arts programmes.

His approach to children's theatre is rooted in the belief that every child deserves meaningful stage time, that confidence is built through structured play before performance pressure, and that the skills theatre develops — communication, empathy, teamwork, and self-expression — are among the most valuable a child can carry into adulthood.

Children's Theatre Workshop Structured 30-session workshops for children (Grades 3+, Grades 7+). Acting, voice, movement, improvisation, and stage performance training ending in a grand stage production.
Adult Theatre Workshop & Performance Weekday and weekend theatre training for adults exploring acting, script work, movement, and performance. Includes production opportunities.
Theatre Productions Original and adapted productions for public audiences, schools, cultural events, and institutions.
Acting Coaching Focused individual or small-group coaching for auditions, public speaking, and character preparation.
