Pratham Path Theatre's adult programme is for anyone 18 or older who has ever wanted to step on stage — whether you're a complete beginner or returning to a long-held passion. No experience is required. Under the direction of Sudhir Rana, with 27 years in theatre, our adult actors train through a structured, production-based process that ends with a full staged performance before a live audience.

Now in the Making: Aashadh Ka Ek Din (आषाढ़ का एक दिन) by Mohan Rakesh
Widely regarded as the first modern Hindi play, Mohan Rakesh's Aashadh Ka Ek Din is a landmark of Indian theatre. Set against the misty Himalayan hills, it follows the poet Kalidasa, the woman who loves him — Mallika — and the painful choices between love and ambition, roots and recognition, art and power. It is a profound, moving drama, and a wonderful challenge for adult actors ready to do serious work.

Rehearsals begin soon. A limited number of roles are open to new members.
